Brought the Subaru in for service including tire pressure indicator. We have new tires. I was told that the pressure indicator was checked. The very next day the pressure indicator went on even though the se indicator. We have new tires. I was told that the pressure indicator was checked. The very next day the pressure indicator went on even though the sensor was reporting proper inflation. The sensor is still on. I did not want to leave the car again but was told that the earliest available service slot if we wait for the car is in 2 weeks. Not happy. More
I picked up my 2025 Suburu Forester today at Northtown. My salesperson Amani Elbanna was absolutely outstanding! Took three weeks just to get an oil change, even though I already prepaid for all of my oil changes with the maintenance package. You can’t even make an appointment online without some type of error. Also the waiting area is laid out weird and only has two work stations for people trying to do work while they wait… 2 work stations for 5 people with laptops all waiting like sharks for one of the two people to get up. Get more tables, I’ve been to way better service areas at other dealers. More
