If I lived close enough to NORTHTOWN Subaru I would probably buy my next car there. While traveling to visit family in Amherst All thd dash lights lit up and an error code came up. I really didn’t want to drive 5 hours back home with a problem so I pulled into NORTHTOWN SUBARU ad I had to drive right by. Everyone was courteous, and very helpful. From Bill who directed me into the garage and made sure I had new battery in my key fob when I told him no key access was coming up, and immediately got a technician to diagnose the problem. Then Andy Stewart Looked up my car and determined I had A warranty on it and my repairs would probably be covered. He told me he would work up the service order and give me a price on something else I needed and would contact me with cost info before they did the work. I thought the work was completed quickly and competently. Am so glad I stopped there. They did not for one second make me feel like I was jamming up their schedule nor that I would be taken advantage of as a traveler in distress Thank You all. You are the best! More
