I recently leased for my daughter a Subaru Impreza from Northtown. I noted a number of differences between your dealership and a prominent Southtowns dealership. Lots of traffic @Northtown. But there was a sales person helping everyone of them. Within one minute of entering the dealership, a salesman was assigned to help us. I can tell that Mike Showalter had experience selling cars. His product knowledge and especially his explanation as to how the lease worked was right on. He worked w us through a number of roadblocks, and didn't miss a beat. He even drove us to your spare lot so my daughter could see the paint color on the model she was interested in. That's customer service! I consider him to be a valuable asset to your company.
