Just purchased a new 2023 Outback Touring and recently had side moldings installed. As always, the team at Northtown were fabulous, fast and knowledgeable. It is not easy to schedule an online appointment since it is always booked at least 2-3 weeks out. I continually checked and was able to get an early Saturday appointment. The issue was identified and he called me within 2--3 hours to inform me what had to be done and that it would take a week to complete since some parts had to ordered . The repair was covered under warranty and I was also provided a loaner car for a week.
