Due to my schedule, I had to wait 3 weeks to get my car inspected. Once My dropped my car off, it was finished in 35 minutes!! I had a piece of a side mirror break off, they had to order the piece. the first phone number at service they couldnt find my name; then they couldnt find appt then the major recall parts department sent wrong parts and held up getting my car another 4 or 5 days.
