Due to my schedule, I had to wait 3 weeks to get my car inspected. Once My dropped my car off, it was finished in 35 minutes!! I had a piece of a side mirror break off, they had to order the piece. the first phone number at service they couldnt find my name; then they couldnt find appt then the major recall parts department sent wrong parts and held up getting my car another 4 or 5 days. Andy was very helpful. my key fob battery was low and i asked multiple times if that was taken care of and was assured it was.! i got to lockport and had to stop at a drug store but when i came out the car wouldnt start and of course i wasnt shown how to open the fob to find battery ($10) which i would think i would be reimbursed for and maybe a car wash/detailing as the car mats were filthy (i thought they could have at least vacuumed More
