Caleb was very nice as a sales person. But as a dealership I will never buy from Northtown again. They charged me $75 to fill up my new car which only costs $40 to fill. I asked to have the car left empty to save me the money and was told no. After taking my car home, I noticed that day the headlight was out. I called immediately and brought it back. They didn’t apologize or offer to refill my gas for the inconvenience after having to drive back 35 minutes. Buyers beware of this dealer. More
