Worst service ever. Took my car for diagnostics to find out what kind of work the car needed. Aubrey from service took the car in at 7:53 am. Aubrey told me that they will give me a call around 3pm. I received a call from Aubrey around 10:00am saying that they found nothing wrong with the car but the muffler. I paid $194.99 for diagnostic fee that gave me no new information about my car. A week later the upper coolant hose started leaking bad. Absolutely xxxx attitude from Aubrey when i called today to find out what did they do during diagnostics that cost $194.99 after tax. I was told by Aubrey today that they didn’t even check the engine. What a scam. More
