Everyone takes the time to explain what’s happening and why. Both service reps we have dealt with were great. (We’ve had our Subaru in for repairs and oil changes in the past six months.) The shuttle was going in the opposite direction of my home, so they sent me home in a hired car free of charge. Service Department at Northtown Subaru is great! Coffee is good too! More
