Excellent service - I came in for a routine oil change, but had questions about oil consumption on my Subaru WRX. I paid $141 for an oil change and a tire rotation and they didn’t even wash/vacuum the car which I thought was a standard part of the service. My old car wasn't running the day I was to pick up my new used car. I live right near Northtown Subaru, so they sent some of their young guys to try to jumpstart my car. Brought the Subaru in for service including tire pressure indicator. We have new tires. I was told that the pressure indicator was checked. The very next day the pressure indicator went on even though the se indicator. We have new tires. I was told that the pressure indicator was checked. The very next day the pressure indicator went on even though the sensor was reporting proper inflation. The sensor is still on. I did not want to leave the car again but was told that the earliest available service slot if we wait for the car is in 2 weeks. Not happy. More
