Starting with Angelica & Missy at the front counter that welcome you to their beautiful showroom, then continuing with the sales process were Joe Lopez, went “Above and Beyond” to make absolutely sure we had found the right car. (approx. 10 test-drives various cars) Even though we were pre-financed, Chris at closing found us a better rate and a “no pressure” sales tactic on extended warranty and all those other items that other dealers try and scare you with if you don’t purchase. In the end, when we thought all was done and complete… Rea?gan the Sales Manager came in to visit with us and make sure all had been done to make this experience a positive one!!!!
