Avoid them at all costs. Totally unprofessional staff that reflects every bad review they have already received. You can expect the following: 1. Forget making appointments, they will wait on you when they feel like it. 4. You would think in 2013 the salesman would have, a.) Stopped wearing gold chains b.) Not sat around in a huddle playing on the internet and sounding like frat boys an hour before the big mixer c.) Not yelled things at the customers such as, "I CAME TO WORK TODAY TO SELL A CAR, DO YOU FOLKS WANNA BUY A CAR!!! (all of which happened). Lastly, please oh please, please, please stop letting your staff watch "Glengarry Glen Ross". Don't "Always Be Selling", maybe try "Always Be Courteous", or "Always Be Using Deodorant" because both of those would be a BIG upgrade. PS-Consumers be aware: Last year they were charged with "117 summary offense counts for grounds for disciplinary proceedings—engaging in conduct in connection with the sale of vehicles which clearly demonstrates unprofessional conduct or incompetency to ooperate as a licensee." North Hills Toyota made the buying experience wonderful. I came in late one night and the staff there stayed with me until we had gone as far as we could go with paperwork. Mike Hull, the financial directo I came in late one night and the staff there stayed with me until we had gone as far as we could go with paperwork. Mike Hull, the financial director, emailed me promptly the next morning with financing percentages, monthly payments and other pertinent information. I was able to ask him questions throughout the day and he always responded promptly. Steve, the general manager, was able to order a car for me that had the options and colors I wanted and the car was there in 2 days. I was able to secure a monthly payment I could live with - and a car that had everything I wanted. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service I received and am totally satisfied with my new car. More

My experience was sooo bad that I will have to type it up and email to anyone who wants to read it on request. I can't believe I was raising my voice inside a dealership and walked out twice. I was also chased by one of the managers into the parking lot of another business while trying to "escape" the horror! I was lied to and when I busted them they kept on going! Unreal. If you want an easy going no hassle car buying experience this is the place. Jason Russell was an excellent salesperson and after a minor hiccup after arriving at the dealership Steve Allen did a wonderful j this is the place. Jason Russell was an excellent salesperson and after a minor hiccup after arriving at the dealership Steve Allen did a wonderful job of explaining the mixup. I contacted the dealership and told them I was interested in a 2013 Blue FJ Cruiser. They didn't have one in stock but asked what options I would like to have and then went out and found one that fit my liking. I then came in to meet with them and have my vehicle appraised for trade. They offered me a $1,000 over blue book and discounted the FJ a great deal. Jason made the whole process go smooth and even took the time to install the tire cover that wasn't on when the vehicle arrived at the dealership. He then filled up the tank showed me how everything worked and even synced my phone with the FJ so that I can make hands free calls. I can't wait to take the FJ up to the mountains camping tonight. Give the guys a try, like I said there are laid back and easy going!!! More
