Worst experience ever!! Beginning with 4 hours wait to close, having to go back next day, cancelled appointment to service the car and last but not least, they don't do a full disclosure + lies of the bus close, having to go back next day, cancelled appointment to service the car and last but not least, they don't do a full disclosure + lies of the business deal. We've been lied to and now I am having a though time to get myself heard . Terrible post sales service!!! They kept my money!! Promised me one thing, did another!! Shame on these guys!! The dealership tells a different history from Toyota financial. They told the deal was closed, that I would not incur in any other expense!! Surprise!!! I now have a approximately $900 invoice from Toyota finance!!! I want my $299.10 back, and no balance left, BECAUSE THAT WAS THE DEAL!! WE SHOOK HANDS!! They even said that Toyota don't take money that is not theirs, furthermore I would be refunded!!!! I am impressed how they hand their complaints!!! To much ego!!! To add insult to injury, they do their best effort for you not to contact corporate!!!!!!! Very impressive!!!!! I hope my review explains WHY I am my rating my experience as very poor; I am also hoping for some action and problem correction from whomever receives this message. Finally, I am looking forward to Mrs. Charvette Anderson's - Customer Relations Manager, 412 318 3000 x 217 comment on my review, since she's more inclined to give feedback only for positive ratings; I have not seen one comment from her on the bad comments. Craig was a terrific champion for Toyota - very knowledgeable about the vehicles, not pushy, yet efficient. He made the decision to buy another Toyota a no brainer! In addition, everyone at the knowledgeable about the vehicles, not pushy, yet efficient. He made the decision to buy another Toyota a no brainer! In addition, everyone at the dealership with whom we spoke gave us sound advice and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Buying a new RAV from North Hills Toyota also enables us to continue using their great Service Department. I love my new wheels! More

I took a total of 7 hours to purchase a car, then when we finally got in the office with the finance manager to do the paper work, the paper work was for a car with a different price and VIN number. An addit finally got in the office with the finance manager to do the paper work, the paper work was for a car with a different price and VIN number. An additional 2 hours. He then had to redo the paperwork, he apologized many times and talked about how the sales people butchered this deal and all the paper. Everything about the experience was unprofessional, not to mention being lied to from the salesman, the only reason I decided to finish in buying the car is bc I had already waited for so long and wanted to leave and never deal with it again, and the car dealership for some reason had ran my credit twice to buy one vehicle?, which looks bad on my credit with the additional inquires. The car titling also came back to me messed up. The only thing they did right was say sorry over and over, but that shouldn't have to happen in the first place. I could have bought 4 cars in that length amount of time at any other dealer with no issues. Never again. More
This was the worst service department experience anywhere of my life and I didn't even need anything fixed just regular 15,000 mile new car maintenance warranty check-up! I made an appointment the day before of my life and I didn't even need anything fixed just regular 15,000 mile new car maintenance warranty check-up! I made an appointment the day before (which is an upgrade from Mini where it could take a week or more to get in) and went in at 10:30 in the morning to get the 15,000 mile light off. I walked in and the first guy seemed extremely busy and said that he was not my service advisor but would check me in. At 10,000 miles at this dealership I was in and out in about an hour, so I expected the same (as I was never advised otherwise) and didn't arrange for a ride or a shuttle, I'll happily wait an hour. Two hours pass and it's after noon and no one single other person has approached me yet while everyone else is in and out of the waiting room. Keep in mind I'm not even getting any actual work done, just getting the 15,000 maint required light-off. I decided to walk up to the counter (intimidating because they are divided in 3 parts and plus because I don't have a point of contact or have any idea who to go to at all.) So I walk up to the first guy who checked me in, he says again he is not my service advisor and walks me over and plants me in front of "Keith." Keith is on the phone and doesn't even acknowledge me with an "I'll be right with you wave" or anything t recognize that I've been planted there. I uncomfortably wait standing there while he's on the phone, eventually after about 5 minutes of me standing there a guy at the desk behind Keith asks what I'm doing and if he can help. This guy was the nicest guy I met there all day. He tries to find my car and the woman beside him helps him find it, he then runs out and comes back to me pretty quick (less than 5 minutes) and says "It's still going to be at least 2 more hours." 2 more hours?! Apparently there was a recall that needed the doors removed and they were already working on that. This all would have been fine if ANYONE had told me it was going to take all day or actually any responsibility, I would have arranged for a ride or a shuttle or a friend to meet me or anything. So I just go sit back down. Still no Keith or nobody else to come talk to me or even apologize for nobody communicating it was an all-day job. Again, I got there promptly at 10:30 was brushed off, waited over 2 hours until I even inquired and then finally was told I would be there more than 2 more hours minimum. I spent over four hours at the car dealer just sitting, with no laptop, an uncharged phone, no communication, just me and daytime tv. It was horrible, again this all could have been avoided with some upfront information instead of just completely losing me in the system. I finally met Keith on the way out for less than a minute as he briskly and with no warmth or apology walked me to the checkout desk. I don't know if this place is just too big for itself or what happened but I am on this website today because I hit 20,000 miles and am looking for a new dealership to service my car. Keep this in mind as a cautionary tale that this was only for a new car's required maintenance, god help you if you actually have a problem with your car. On the plus side the maintenance waiting area (a former grocery store) is large, beautiful, clean and comfortable. More
On Sept 14,2013 I had purchased a Rav4 2013 at the Toyota dealership on McKnight Rd. Salesperson was Geno Shaffer. Two days prior to the purchase I had been shopping around. One of my stops was the Toyo dealership on McKnight Rd. Salesperson was Geno Shaffer. Two days prior to the purchase I had been shopping around. One of my stops was the Toyota dealership on McKnight Rd. Geno was the first person I had met and he was AWESOME from our first hand shake. He was extremely personable, professional, and had me sold almost from the beginning. He educated me on the Toyota Rav4 and was very patient. I had tons of questions and he repeated himself numerous times until I understood everything I needed to know. We test drove the car and I was introduced to the service dept and the sales manager Lenny. The entire staff was very courteous and friendly. The service mgr Lenny(not sure of last name) was really great as well. Spoke to me at length about options etc. I would 110 % recommend this particular dealership to anyone looking for a new vechicle. The only negative I might mention is that on sat, the day of the purchase we had to wait an exceptionally long time for the finance dept to do the final paper work. Overall, I think Geno and the staff at Toyota should be commended on their fine work and dedication. More
Buying a new car was an overall pleasant experience. What I wanted versus what I could afford was explored without any pressure. I am very happy with my purchase. I wanted versus what I could afford was explored without any pressure. I am very happy with my purchase. More
I visited this dealer twice and both experiences were disappointing. During my first visit I wandered through the lot alone for sometime before being approached by Geno. He seemed more interested in tell disappointing. During my first visit I wandered through the lot alone for sometime before being approached by Geno. He seemed more interested in telling me about himself than in helping me find something I liked. He told me about how he owns three vehicles "because he can afford them because he is single and lives alone." He showed me several cars that he liked, but he never really stopped to ask me what I liked. I had to tell him three times that I was not interested in buying an orange car. He saw me looking at a Jeep Wrangler and told me not to even look at it because it was too much. I interpret that two ways; 1) He thinks it is priced higher than it is worth; 2) He thinks I cannot afford it. Either way it was an inappropriate response. Just as I was looking for a way off the lot I was introduced to the sales manager, who was friendly and helpful. I went for a test drive and really liked the car but Genoa couldn't offer a number because I did not plan on buying that day. I returned to the dealer, only because I loved the car. Ben helped me. He was very friendly and helpful and infest drove two different models. I showed Ben a quote I had from another car I was considering at another dealer. I wasn't thrilled with the offer but I asked for a card so I could think it over. Apparently thinking is not something car dealers appreciate. When I asked for my paperwork back from the other dealer he was not able to locate it. He apologized for losing, and maybe it was purely accidental, but I won't be back. I've been to several other dealers looking for a new car and I haven't had bad experiences anywhere but here. More
I stopped by North Hills Toyota to look at a new car. I spent 1 hour talking with Steve Allan about what I wanted. I had a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid with low miles on it. After talking with Steve, he help spent 1 hour talking with Steve Allan about what I wanted. I had a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid with low miles on it. After talking with Steve, he help me realized the old car I had was just as good as buying a new car. A sales person talking me out of buying a new car, unreal. I agreed with him. It is hard to find a honest sales person, but you have one in Steve. Problem was, on the way home from the dealership the car was rear ended with lots of damage. I called Steve and he recommended that I take it to Dave Bohn Automotive because he would be the only person who could fix it to my satisfaction. I did not listen to Dave and took it to a local person in the south hills. Well, that was not a good idea, the local person made three attempts to repair the car, every time it got worse. I then took the car to the place Steve recommended, Dave Bohn Automotive to do the repairs for me. Dave did it in one attempt. Excellent work, looks like new. Steve is more worried about his pleasing his customers than selling cars, and knows what a customer wants when it comes to repairs. More
We are EXTREMELY pleased with the service we received from salespersons JP Cruz and Les Cruz. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though these brothers listened to us, answered our questions and put from salespersons JP Cruz and Les Cruz. From the moment we arrived, we felt as though these brothers listened to us, answered our questions and put us in the car we wanted to purchase...not just a car they wanted to sell. We were not pressured, but felt JP and Les were interested in meeting OUR needs. They were very knowledgeable about Toyota products. They introduced us to the Sales Manager, Steve who also answered questions and made us feel comfortable. They found us a car we were very interested in and worked to complete the deal on what we could afford. They were personable, accommodating and friendly. We would not hesitate to go back to them at any time, for any reason. When it comes time for our son to upgrade his wheels, we will take him to North Hills Toyota. We were equally impressed with the Finance Manager, John William Gay. He was able to match a very good interest rate offered by my employer and he too, was very pleasant and courteous. We could not have had a better experience! More
