I bought my Corolla new in Feb 2007. I drove onto the lot in my 2001 jeep wrangler after shopping on the Toyota web site for my new car I did all the work before hand on the internet such as trade in value n in my 2001 jeep wrangler after shopping on the Toyota web site for my new car I did all the work before hand on the internet such as trade in value new car model and financing so I new what I was expecting and what I was willing to pay bottom line for my new corolla. I met Jp my sales man just inside the door he asked if he could help me I told him I was looking for a new corolla so we went out side and look over the lot I picked the car I was interested in Gave him the keys to my jeep we went inside sat down at his desk and he had the gm appraise my jeep. the gm came back gave me an offer on my jeep I was to the dollar what I was asking for he worked up a five year loan and came back with in 54 cents of what I was expecting to pay for the new car. we shook hands and off I went to the finance guy to sign the papers while I was in with finance they gave me a full tank of gas and washed the car and got it ready. and that was it easy as pie 123 no pressure no haggle left happy as a lark first time ever buying a new car I didn't feel taken or had to negotiate everyone there treated me with respect and value very honest upfront and willing to give the best the first try. I've only taken my car to them for all my service needs and maintenance and their service department is as honest and friendly as their sales department their service department could hit me up with little extras like engine air and cabin air filters and alignments but if I don't need it they don't recommend it.I really respect that about a dealer ship this is the best car I ever bought and from the best dealer I've ever been to my next car will be a North Hills Toyota Toyota More
I Purchased a used 2008 Tundra (certified)in January. After I purchased this vehicle I found bumper rust, damaged trailer plug, grind marks in door glass, large area above bumper covered with touch January. After I purchased this vehicle I found bumper rust, damaged trailer plug, grind marks in door glass, large area above bumper covered with touch up paint. Was told I damaged the truck by Frankie. And by customer service that I bought as is? And when I asked about a on deal on a new truck since I so much for a defective used truck the money difference was terrible. I first told a gentleman from Toyota that call & asked me how I liked my truck. Then again when the truck was in for recall I showed the service dept the problems and they told me it was a sales decision. THAT IS WHEN I FIRST ENCOUNTERED FRANKIE. I contacted Toyota and they contacted North Hills customer service and I still got no where. When you pay $29,000 for a used Tundra you want it to look good. I went to Kenny Ross and they treated me the way people should be treated. *note North Hills service dept. were very courteous but their hands where tied. More
