2015 used car purchase I found a car in my price range at Norman Mitsubishi. Sales guy Justin was great. I was told that the car had went through a thorough Inspection, and I found a car in my price range at Norman Mitsubishi. Sales guy Justin was great. I found on delivery that one of the head lights and one tag light was burned out. I ask for the car to be delivered to my house and it was, but I was told that it would be filled up with gas and detailed. When it was delivered, the car was completely out of gas and had not been cleaned. They also did not install a dealer tag and it took them a week to mail me one so I could not drive the car. The spare tire and owner manual was missing from the car so I ask for them to supply one. The spare tire I received was completely worn out and I never received an owners manual. I was told I would be reimbursed for the tag and headlights replacement, but never received reimbursement. More

Bait & Switch Scammers/Liers are what they really are. We drove from north Texas area, over a 2 hour and 45 min drive, to purchase a vehicle form Norman Mitsubishi Scammers/Liers are what they really are. Spoke with several people from the dealership, Darrin. Jacqui, Mike, all if whom assured us that the vehicle was still there. My husband had been on the phone with them negotiating the price and told them we were on our way and could be there at a designated time. When the time came and after a long drive, we arrived just as we said we would and at the correct time! Got out of our vehicle and started looking around and NO truck! We even asked a salesman who said, oh no, we sold that a long time ago. No call or text to let us know. Who knew if they even had it. 😡 We were so very mad. Even had another salesman tell us that this has happened several times. You would think that they would not let it happen again! Said that they could make us a great deal on another vehicle. So when we tried to ask about the prices all they could say is that, OH NO WE CANT DO THAT.... We can't go down on our prices that much... some great deal my A**. They wouldn't even reimburse us for gas money. Extremely rude and nothing but liers. The old bait and switch. They tell you they have it to get you there but never had it. Trying to sell you something you don't even want! If I could give a negative rating I would! They don't even deserve a single star... More

Very Big Liars don't waste your time. On hold for 45 minutes to only be told I would get a call back in an hour( which never came) then I guess people don't like to hear that they feel they aren't being treated good, because I got told I they were killing the deal because of her feelings being hurt. I went to this dealership because of the lifetime oil changes, and cleaning. A life time only lasted a year. I guess they were talking about the life of a goldfish. Even then they would change the oil, they never vacuum or wash the car as their plan promised, and i now have car mats in my car for a different dealership. The gentleman that manages the service counter is an @$$. I thought it may have been a bad day, but nope, he is pretty consistent on his mannerisms. I hate dealing with them now, and wish i went to a different dealer. Keep on looking peoples. They are all about the money, and have no regards towards customer service. More

Scam Artists! Stay Away! Drove 1.5 hrs to look at vehicle that was advertised as 'Like New, Not a scratch on it, 15,000 miles". Arrived to find vehicle had a fairly big scrat Drove 1.5 hrs to look at vehicle that was advertised as 'Like New, Not a scratch on it, 15,000 miles". Arrived to find vehicle had a fairly big scratch and ding on driver's side back (down to metal) and had 17,155 miles on it. Salesman indicated one of their crew had been driving it and the ding must have just happened. Yeah, right. Because it was the type and style of vehicle I had been looking for rand the price was reasonable, I purchased the vehicle, which still has full Nissan factory warranty. Upon driving home, the radio/controls screen went black with static lines, and the audio controls would not respond - can't turn on or off, adjust volume, nothing while at the same time the usb port stopped charging my phone. Ugh. Now I am looking at warranty repairs on a vehicle I JUST BOUGHT. I am sure they knew of the problem! Why it didn't happen during the test drive, is beyond me. It is an intermittent problem though. I asked to return the vehicle to them (again less than 24 hrs and they said NO. More
