Sold Jeep I had financing for I was working a deal on a 2013 Jeep with the internet sales. I am away serving my country in Korea so I had sent them all the financing and power of a I was working a deal on a 2013 Jeep with the internet sales. I am away serving my country in Korea so I had sent them all the financing and power of attorney for my wife to come sign one day later. Come to find out they sale the Jeep the morning before my wife was to come sign for the Jeep. I see other reviews of this happening. How is internet sales suppose to work if you sale the vehicle while the deal was being done. Sad...sad! More

Weird!! So they asked me what truck I was wanting to look at. I told them that rep was saving a 2013 Chevy Pickup for me to look at. I mentioned that I have been in contact with rep daily this week, this morning and alerted them when I was on my way with an ETA for my arrival. WELL LONG STORY SHORT THEY HAD SOMEONE ELSE SIGNING THE PAPERWORK FOR THE TRUCK THAT WAS SUPPOSABLY BEING SAVED FOR ME WHEN WE WALKED. WOW DROVE 6 hrs up and back for nothing. Don’t waste your time here, very shady and dishonest!! More

Best experience we ever had. Austin, the managers, and all of the employees at Mitsubishi were awesome. Extremely easy to work with and kept their word on everything. We went there. We were there for at least an hour and a half waiting for them to bring the car up for us to see. First we were told it was in detailing down the street. Then we were told that someone was going to go get it. Then we were told the keys we missing. By this time we were so frustrated. They had mentioned that the vehicle was at Norman Mitsubishi. We told Big Reds that we were leaving. It was ridiculous. Then we decided to go to Norman Mitsubishi. We saw the vehicle as soon as we pulled into the lot. They did not have the keys, but called a locksmith out to make keys and fobs so that we could test drive the vehicle. We made a deal and had them write up the paperwork before we drove it. With the understanding we were paying cash and if we didn't like it after we drove it there was no deal. This was was awesome. As soon as I drove it I wanted it. The paperwork was already filled out and it was so simple. The entire staff was very attentive and wonderful. We will recommend them to our friends. I went back to the Norman .Mitsubishi today, and I was handed 2 more key fobs. Big Red had found them on their lot in the wrong place. THANK TOU AUSTIN, AND EVERY ONE WHO WORKS THERE IN ALL OF THE DEPARTMENTS. You treated us like family. We will highly recommend you to everyone. More
