HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I traded my old car in, 09 Pontiac G3 for an 08 Ford Mustang on 5/17/14 and signed a contract on the deals that we agreed on. Within a week I get a call saying that they need to send me a new contract to sign because they couldn't honor the terms of the first contract. So they mail me a copy, the percentage rate is higher and the monthly payments are almost $20 more. I call and complain and say that this is xx and not something that is right. They said that they didn't have a lender even though I was told that they did have one and that there's nothing that they could do. So I sign it and return in. Two weeks later I get another contract in the mail because they can't seem to honor THAT contract either! Even though I was told before I left that I was already approved for that payment amount and rate through the certain bank. They lied multiple times when I was there and were snakey about everything. Now I have moved to Kansas, because of my job, and my temporary plates have expired. I go to get new plates and the DMV needs a copy of the title. That shouldn't be a problem except that the dealership doesn't have a copy of the title because it has taken them so long to find a lender, even though I was told when I was there that they just got off the phone with one of their lenders and they approved the original contract terms. I called them and they said that they will be sending me a new set of temp tags while they are waiting for the lender approval. I was told that on 6/18/14 and that they would show up no later than 6/20/14. On 6/23/14 I call because no temp tags yet, they said that they will send out another set today and will arrive no later than 6/25/14. I call back on 6/25/14 and say that they still haven't arrived. I told them that they have until 6/30/14 for new tags to show up or I will be contacting my attorney. They seemed to respond to that, they said that they would overnight new tags to me. Well it's 6/28 and no tags yet. I'm meeting with my attorney on Monday to get this straightened out. On top of that, they have not made any payments for my traded in vehicle, so I'm about to get hit on my credit because of no payment. SO that has been my experience so far with Norman Mitsubishi. I've got this review going up, BBB is next, and will be contacting local news media on Monday along with my attorney. More

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER THAT LIVES UP TO EVERY BAD STEREOTYPE! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!! I am an avid Pontiac Fiero owner and collector. I especially value the 1988s. The link to Norma STEREOTYPE! The link to Norman Mitsubishi was placed on one of the Fiero forum boards as a heads up to anyone that was interested. The dealer's ad only contained one picture and it was of the front of the car. The CAFAX claimed no accident, but it had a 1986 SE fascia on it and not a base 1988s. I can look past that as a lot of people modify their Fieros or possible it was in a fender bender that was not reported. So in my email I requested more photos stating that I live over 600 miles away and it is not convenient for me to go there and look at the car. The following day I get 2 phone calls and voice mails from Suzanne stating yes we have the car and basically do you want to buy it. I call back and spoke with Suzanne and once again reiterated the need for additional pictures. I also wanted a short video of the car running and being revved due to the fact that the engine in this car is notorious for rod knocks. SO I get the A.O.K. will get right on it response and to expect it all in 15-30 minutes. Well almost a week went by and I got nothing but another spam email from the dealer attempting to sell me ANY car. So, today I call and spoke with Suzanne requesting the photos and video and basically it was like I was bothering her and she had no idea what I was talking about. She said the car is here and it runs if you want to look at it. Once again I stated that I am 600 miles away and that is why the information I requested was vital in my decision making. She basically said its not going to happen and if I want the car to come and look at it. I am not going to base my decision on 1 picture and a CARFAX that does not back up that picture. I called back the dealer number in an attempt to speak with a manager and it rang 4 times and them immediately I got hung up on. Suzanne I know it was you! No big deal I will just e-mail this review to you dealers server. Ironically as this process began there was no review for this dealership and since I started a process to attempt to purchase a car from them they garnered a review prior to mine. Another 1 star clunker I see! More
The owner of this dealership is definitely a crook! He sold me a car for more than retail value and marked it up 2,000 more than he had it priced online. I printed all the car values and his online ad and took it to him and he told me "oh well it's yours now". Don't trust these people they will rip you off!! More
