Hello Angry Mom, I understand your concern. I want you to know that It's our staffs TOP priority to take care of Each and Every Valued customer Ethically and Correctly at all times. Rest assured that I personally oversaw this entire deal. I actually stepped in being the Sales Manager,and TRULY Consulted with Nick and encouraged your Collegiate son And his wife to Make an educated decision and suggested for him to utilize his hard earned $3,000 (Price Point) on something different, better and or even NEW rather to take a chance on ANY late model pre-owned car or SUV ! 3,000 dollars can afford 250.00 a month in payment for 1 entire year in a car/suv that would have no issues and fully warrantied as All are simply man made machines that do, well break. Mrs.Angry Mom, I even personally signed off and encouraged them to take this vehicle to a mechanic, family member ETC, all the way north of Edmond! i.e with out the pressure of any Salesman or Sales MGR- simply for their sake. 90 % of dealerships don't even Allow that because they usually have something to hide. We do not. I extended this to them Just so that they could be COMPLETELY Happy And Confident on their decision. I let them test this vehicle for an ENTIRE day- before this cash deal was signed and complete! Cash deal or Credit deal, we value Good Business. - Peace of Mind factor in transportation is just as important to Me as-is for them (Clients/Customers). believe you me, none of these issues were present during that entire time and they chose to secure the car deal. In tell They ignored my consultation, advice and still decided to purchase and own this vehicle. Please verify!!!!!! I hope you understand that we strive to make things right and we actually our here for you, your families and friends transportation and needs When I was made aware of a hiccup that presented itself after the extended full day test drive as well with an AS-IS Wholesale deal For parts Document signed, I had them bring it back so we could do a diagnostic and check all of our options just to help, even free of charge! We did that and found out it was simply a solenoid- a mere $200 dollar part including labor that now needed to be replaced. we offered to fix this at our cost to be paid by them. Hello Momma T, I've done some research on your deal- that particular vehicle had over 170,000 Miles on its odometer knowingly, you bought it still. He fixed Every problem you had- not only did he he go above and beyond to help you when he could by LAW and your signature was required to do actually, well Nothing. However,He did Something We strive to always do the right thing I hate to hear this, more importantly,We have made some changes since this issue, Unfortunately, Cars,Trucks Boats and Airplanes are just man made Machines, they are USED and they do break Even Brand New Vehicles may have issues. I do give the best price and fix what we know is needed to be fixed on our vehicles, before sold AS-Is i also give my clients extended warranty options for just this issue! not one is sold without a test drive. Momma T, this was an unfortunate case and I assure you we don't turn off or trip codes to sell anything ! once again, I'm glad this has been corrected and look forward to a better experience with you in the future.
