Norm Reeves got me in right away within 2 days, at my preferred time and date for maintenance. I was greeted when I arrived. My service Advisor Tommy was outstanding. The service was fine, the customer service was lackluster. I explained I had never been there before was just pointed to a door. She's the first person to have me go into detail (on a form) to explain everything I have been trying to get fixed for the last few years and between different shops. I really appreciate her time. Lastly, but just as important, is the man who worked on and fixed my car. Cody did an excellent job! I have had my car back for 2 days and have driven it around in town and on the highway and he fixed all the issues that I had mentioned. I have a few more things that need to be addressed and I am happy to work with this team again. Thank you for everything and I am so appreciative of your crew. More
