Brought my 2014 honda accord in for starter issue. Was given a quote for $4000. Was told needed new starter and an entire wire harness for my car. Was told they wouldn't warranty the starter unless I Was given a quote for $4000. Was told needed new starter and an entire wire harness for my car. my recent experience at your dealership, which unfortunately was the worst I have ever encountered. I have been a loyal customer for years, even driving from Arlington to this location for service unfortunately was the worst I have ever encountered. I have been a loyal customer for years, even driving from Arlington to this location for service because of the outstanding customer relationship I had come to trust. My recent visit related to my 2010 civic has completely eroded that trust. The service member did not thoroughly explain the issues with my car in layman's terms, making it difficult for me to understand the problem and the associated costs. He seemed more concerned with reminding me that our phone conversation was on a recorded line, which did nothing to address my concerns or help me make an informed decision. This experience has left me questioning the quality and integrity of the service department, and I am deeply disappointed. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the customer experience moving forward. More
