The person who attempted to assist me was rude and didn’t want to listen and had an attitude and I drove off and didn’t get service as a result of her attitude and lack of listening skills. Took my car in while it was under warranty complaining of two issues. I was completely blown off on one of the issues and was told that, and I quote, “iPhones don’t work with Honda’s”. The other issue was mi two issues. I was completely blown off on one of the issues and was told that, and I quote, “iPhones don’t work with Honda’s”. The other issue was misdiagnosed and less than 2 months later it was back in the shop for the same issue. Was originally told I would be responsible for the repair as it was now out of warranty. Eventually after much discussion I was granted a “one time exception” and they covered the repair. Way to make a 15+ year Honda customer seriously reconsider having another Honda ever again. More
