I must have just ran into two different individuals on two separate occasions who were having bad days. Purchased in Dec ‘23 J or Juan sales / and Mike financing was exceptional. Sent daughter there Jan/Feb’24 to J sale great got to financing LORD HELP US, bad bad bad not Mike, daughter wanted vehicle so Mike got us where she was comfortable made deal happen ( I WAS LEAVING and DONE) Went just last week Early May to get oil change. Asked 1 simple question for clarification and OH LORD the service guy was lost waited for my car which for 2 hours come to find out my vehicle was sitting in the holding area for service guy to bring back to me as i watched people who came in after me leave before me (not quick service isle) Was about to purchase another vehicle THAT SAME DAY nope SORRY J n Mike ( as we spoke i said i was bringing BUSINESS THEIR) thought about it Ill have to to pass now, Management must not care because I know they are aware…. This experience was not a good one. Price haggling, them trying to sneak a warranty in when I expressed not wanting one, and then selling me a 2 year old certified vehicle that was ridd Price haggling, them trying to sneak a warranty in when I expressed not wanting one, and then selling me a 2 year old certified vehicle that was riddled with problems without telling us. It was in their service department for a week when we first bought it because of the problems it was having. While our sales person was very kind, Macon was the complete opposite and never once communicated with us even after he made those empty promises. This dealership seems to be in serious need of new management. More
