As always, I worked with Nate Franklin and he’s awesome. From check-in all the way to the time I pay, he is very nice, professional and transparent. He will always get a 5/5 from me. I gave 4 stars simply because I am starting to question if this service center is like every other shop who tries to “find” or “creates” issues with your car to ensure you’ll spend more money. When I come in, there is always something that needs to be “fixed” but it might not match what was needing to be “fixed” the time before, yet those issues weren’t worked on either. I like that Nate will explain what is actually an issue and what is just based off mileage/time, but the mechanic should be specifying it on the paper. This way there will be no question months later when looking at the paper again and trying to figure out what is a true pressing issue for the vehicle. The first 2 years, this service center seemed very legit but the past few months, I’m thinking about getting a second opinion to see what problems listed are an actual problem. More

Things went well. Tara was nice and helpful. I had no real issues. Woody was a pain in the neck with his difficult style. I had to reference the company website to get Tara was nice and helpful.
