Didn’t have a great experience. Had an appointment scheduled which I got to on time, but then had to wait 20 minutes for my assigned service tech to show up. Then he said to wait in the waiting area and he’d be with me in 7 minutes (lol). Another 20 minutes passed. Got my loaner car and drove off. Then next few days gave vague text updates about my AC leaking, even though my AC did work. Hard to get a hold of him, and gave poor visual evidence of the issues. Ultimately, may have been billed for a non issue, but will be difficult to prove otherwise. Finally, had them looking to a rear spoiler issue, that it was coming off, and got a vague explanation that didn’t make sense (basically said that they couldn’t fix it because the clips can’t be repaired, what?) - and then got the vehicle back where it is clearly more loose and in worse shape than when I brought it in. Buuuut, they did fix the various issues and the main reasons I brought the vehicle in so…partial success I guess. More

For this visit, zero stars. I booked maintenance online for a recall. When I chose recall as the reason, the system suggested a particular recall that was the right one. I click I booked maintenance online for a recall. When I chose recall as the reason, the system suggested a particular recall that was the right one. I clicked yes, that's the one. I booked on Thursday for a Tuesday visit. After I drove 18 miles for this appointment, Michael called and said they didn't have the recall part in stock. He said I should have called ahead instead of using the online system. How am I supposed to know that? Why did the system not notify the parts department between Thursday and Tuesday? However two other employees were very helpful in correcting an Apple CarPlay issue. More
