I had an appointment at 1pm for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix the recall out on my car. they said it would be done by 3:30 at the latest, I had work at 4pm so that was perfect I had to leave rotation, and to fix the recall out on my car. they said it would be done by 3:30 at the latest, I had work at 4pm so that was perfect I had to leave by then anyway. I called them at 3:45 because I hadn’t heard from them, they said it’ll be done in 10-15 min. I keep waiting. 4:15 rolls by and I go in there and they say it’ll be done in 10 min (again). It’s finally done and I’m checking out at 4:30, they try to over charge me for the tire rotation when it should have been free according to the guy who checked me in, I say something about it so they give it to me for free. I leave because I’m late for work. They send me the inspection report and I don’t think they fixed the recall and it says I didn’t pay. I know I paid and have the receipt. Overall this was an absolutely ridiculous experience and I will not be returning. It was almost as ridiculous as the experience I had when buying the car here originally 2 years ago. More
