I had a Chevrolet Truck stolen, and it had the Driver Two keyfob for my Honda in it. And on short notice, Norm Reeves Honda professionally deleted the stolen keyfob from my Honda, so I could continue to oper keyfob for my Honda in it. Worst experience I have ever had with this dealer. The service advisor Eric Martinez was a joke. He did not communicate well at all. I expressed to him my concern about my tire. I told him there was a The service advisor Eric Martinez was a joke. He did not communicate well at all. I expressed to him my concern about my tire. I told him there was a leak and wanted it checked for a nail. The report stated there was nothing wrong with the tire. Besides a missing lug nut. The next day I woke up to a flare tire. I had to make a trip to the tire shop to find out there was a nail in my tire. My is also leaking oil now. So now I will have to make another trip to there for them to fix it. Eric was not communicative at all. He was never at his desk when I called and when he did call back he said he would call me back and never did. I just got a text saying my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I waited 20 minutes before anyone even approached me to see if I had been helped. Eric had walked by me a few times and even made eye contact with me and didn’t bother to say a word to me. It almost makes me wonder if I had agreed to get my breaks replaced if he would have treated me differently. I am very disappointed in the customer service from this visit I will not be returning, it’s a shame at the poor customer service because I was looking into trading my car in for a different car, but after this last visit I will be looking elsewhere. More
