Worst experience I have ever had with this dealer. The service advisor Eric Martinez was a joke. He did not communicate well at all. I expressed to him my concern about my tire. I told him there was a The service advisor Eric Martinez was a joke. He did not communicate well at all. I expressed to him my concern about my tire. I told him there was a leak and wanted it checked for a nail. The report stated there was nothing wrong with the tire. Besides a missing lug nut. The next day I woke up to a flare tire. I had to make a trip to the tire shop to find out there was a nail in my tire. My is also leaking oil now. So now I will have to make another trip to there for them to fix it. Eric was not communicative at all. He was never at his desk when I called and when he did call back he said he would call me back and never did. I just got a text saying my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car I waited 20 minutes before anyone even approached me to see if I had been helped. Eric had walked by me a few times and even made eye contact with me and didn’t bother to say a word to me. It almost makes me wonder if I had agreed to get my breaks replaced if he would have treated me differently. I am very disappointed in the customer service from this visit I will not be returning, it’s a shame at the poor customer service because I was looking into trading my car in for a different car, but after this last visit I will be looking elsewhere. More
