It was early in the morning on Memorial Weekend. I looked at the various cars and SUV's the week prior at the other dealerships. On that day I was looking at Ford. I met Joshua McFarland who was cheerful, pleasant, and quite frankly the best "car saleman", I had ever encounted. I had dreaded the whole car purchase thing back and forth and any pressure. There was no pressure from Joshua. He assured me that he would do what he could to "EARN" my business. Not get my business - "EARN" my business. How is that for a concept!!! I was given all of the available options with no pressure to choose any one of them. The vehicle was priced fairly and the sale went very smoothly. All papers were signed and the next day I was to come back to pick up my car. I was communicated with several times on the day of pick up, informing me where the car was and what was being done. The last call was to let me know when I could pick it up. The car was washed, filled up and ready for me with all of the features that I had requested. Joshua spent a lot of time making sure I was comfortable with the features of the car, especially SYNC with all of its intricacies.
