Miles was a great sales representative, he was very straightforward. I was buying my first car and was worried about being swindled, however he was very down to earth and explained everything to me in straightforward. First of all, I am not one to go onto social media sites to tell people of my experiences. However, the purchase of my new truck from Cerritos Ford was so exceptional that I feel the need. I called the de to tell people of my experiences. However, the purchase of my new truck from Cerritos Ford was so exceptional that I feel the need. I called the dealership and made an appointment with Mr. O'Connor, I arrived on time and the whole dealership knew I was coming, the receptionist, Francesca, called me by name and then Mr O'Connor promptly arrived with his hand extended. We toured the lot and was unable to find a vehicle that I was interested in, but Mr. O'Connor wasnt going to let that stop me from purchasing. He got on his computer, his slooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, 1985 computer, complete with 3.5 floppy disk and found me the truck I wanted in the next town. Cerritos Ford secured and obtained my vehicle. I arrived the next day, and the truck had all the bells and whistles that anyone could want. Mr. O'Connor personally showed me how to operate all the Sync services, paired my phone, answered all of my questions about the vehicle. We went back to his desk, he verified that I was happy, handed me off to the finance person, Fabby, and within minutes I was on my way in my new vehicle. My family and I purchased a Ford Freestar at Cerritos Ford because of their great and prompt service. When it was time to buy another family vehicle we returned to Cerritos Ford due to their great servi Ford because of their great and prompt service. When it was time to buy another family vehicle we returned to Cerritos Ford due to their great service. Our dealer this time Joshua McFarland who was honest, professional and patient with us while he showed us the different cars before we decided on a white 2010 Ford Explorer, which we love and are very happy driving. The car had some little things that had to be done to it and Joshua set us up with a rental vehicle while our car was returned to us the very next day. my name is bryan chamberlain. my wife and i were in on monday aug 1 and made a deal on aug 2 for a 2007 edge sel. they worked very hard to make the deal go thru and promised the car to us on friday aug 5. monday aug 1 and made a deal on aug 2 for a 2007 edge sel. they worked very hard to make the deal go thru and promised the car to us on friday aug 5. the car isnt ready and we keep getting different reasons why it isnt ready for delivery. as far as im concered they are lying to us. now the saleman that we dealt with and the car manager are acting annoyed with us that we are bothering them for detailes on when our car will be ready. the deal is done on our end and the contracts are signed but no car and no timeline on when the car will be ready. i am greatly disappointed with the dealership on their service after the sale and their unproffesionalism towards our satifaction. i will never buy another car from this dealer and will never recomend them to any of my friends and family because of this experience. I had a great experience at this dealership. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice. Victor Ramos was especially helpful, and not like a typical pushy salesperson. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns as a first time car buyer. I visited this location twice before I made my decision, and I have to say that the selection was much better than I had seen at some other, even more local dealerships. I ended up finding a great deal on a slightly used 2010 Ford Escape, and had all the specifications that I wanted. Even after my purchase Victor was great at following up to make sure that I was happy with my new car. I had a small crack in the windshield and everyone I spoke to at the dealership was extremely helpful and willing to take care of it. Overall I had a fantastic experience, and it was completely stress free. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to find a great car and wants to do so while working with a caring and easygoing staff. More
