I recently had my vehicle in for service based on a noise I was hearing in the engine area. In addition to the noise, I thought that the brakes needed to be looked at. After a few days, I received a call from the service manager (Scott Bryant) informing me that the engine problem was severe and could require a new engine. After some time dealing with the warranty folks, Scott was able to convince them that is would be more beneficial to have the whole engine replaced rather then some parts. As a side note, this is now the third engine I have had and the vehicle is a 2005 Mazda 6 with 68,000 miles. Throughout the process, Scott kept me in the loop as to what was going on and never hesitated to answer any of my questions. In addition, he was able to secure me a rental from the local company and after some time, he exchanged it for lot car to ensure that the warranty folks would still cover the cost. The engine was installed and I drove the vehicle to my new home in Virginia. I had issues with the vehicle when I arrived in Virginia and had the vehicle taken over to a local Mazda dealer. A few issues were found with the work completed at Suburban and I reached out to Scott to let him know. Without being prompt to do so, he reached out to the Virginia dealer and took control of the situation. The two issues that appeared to be a Suburban mistake are now going to be paid for by Suburban and I am very appreciative of it. I don’t know many dealers that would own up to their mistake and make the situation right. I am very grateful for the help and truly believe that Suburban Mazda is a top notch operation. I went in for a used vehicle with very specific criteria in mind Donta was honest, professional, prepared, patient, and he did not try to give a sells pitch to me. He was always courteous; greeting me with a firm handshake and kept me in supply of free drinks from the onsite vending machines as we literally combed over every available used car. We test drove every vehicle I told him I might be interested in and every car was very clean. After 12 days of product comparing and online research when we found my vehicle he gave me the complete carfax for that vehicle all other carfaxes we viewed on his desk computer. Che Shaydak was golden as well. Che stayed late to put together a payment package that I was willing to work with addressing challenges that were unique to this sale do to my own needs. Che like Danta did not try to push any sales or service packages on me. A week later I returned for my permanent tags and Danta asked if I wanted a free car wash or vehicle check up. I thought he was kidding, I told him a car wash would be nice and tossed him my keys in jest and within five minutes my car was returned to me free of dust and bird droppings. I am so impressed with the treatment and experience I received from this dealership and these gentlemen; THANK YOU SUBURBAN Imports of Troy, Dante, and Che for my sweet ride- by the way all my friends and coworker are very impressed with my new ride its low pricetag and low payments. They were very nice and helpful…that is until I signed my name to buy it. They said I could pick it up the next day (being that I was there near closing time…which was expected). They (Brandon, my salesman name to buy it. They said I could pick it up the next day (being that I was there near closing time…which was expected). They (Brandon, my salesman) called to let me know that the paperwork was ready and wanted to know when I could pick it up. I told them the time I would be there. We showed up and sat there for over 3 hours! The paperwork could not have been ready. And we sat alone for most of the time. Brandon would come back from time to time, but then get up and leave for an extended period of time. Never telling us what was taking so long. He really didn’t seem to care. He got the sale and he was fine with not talking to us or anything. Once we got the car home, I was taking out the paper dealer mats to find out that the floor mats were not there. When we test drove the car, I know they were in the rear part of the SUV. But they were no longer in the car at all. We called to see if they have them, and they said they did and that we could pick them up. Well we live an hour away from the dealer, and that just wasn’t really possible for us. And it was their mistake, so we asked if they could mail them to us. Brandon said no because it would cost too much money, and that it would be cheaper if we just went out and bought our own. Never offered to reimburse us, he simply just told us to go buy our own mats. Well that was not ok with us; they left them out when they were there at one point. So we did speak to the manager who did say that he would send them out to us. More

I have had to buy many vehicles for my job. I have purchased or leased different brands from many different dealerships, always a frustrating, confusing, long, crappy experience. So I have a lot of experience. Mike Dugan was very helpful and did not try to intimidate me or pressure me. He was very professional and informative, answered all my many questions, fully. Matt V., in the financing dept, was friendly, professional, helpful and answered all of my questions in full. Together they made my leasing experience a pleasure. Thank You! Cinde Motley More
Although I gave 2 ratings of great, I rated the overall experience at good because of a couple of things: 1. The car was not totally clean when I went to review it the first time. It had water spots and the inside of the doors at the bottom was not totally clean. 2. I received a call stating that they had good news for me and told me to call back but when I did I was told Mr. Demas was not in the office that day. He actually had come in and made some calls but no one knew that, not even the operator. 3. The sales team was very friendly and did their best to make me feel comfortable and worked with me to get a nice deal on the car. More
By far the easiest and best car buying experience ever. Michael was so helpful, listened to us, and worked hard and efficiently to find us the right car with everything we wanted. Michael Demas was wonderful! For me, the anxiety I feel about going to any dealership is rivaled only by my nervousness in seeing the dentist. With dealers, I typically feel pressured, and that I'm gettin about going to any dealership is rivaled only by my nervousness in seeing the dentist. With dealers, I typically feel pressured, and that I'm getting myself into something I don't want. I've stayed away from dealerships for over 7 years just because of that. None of this happened with Michael, however! He was super friendly, funny, informative, and knowledgeable about what we wanted, and didn't try to pressure us at all. He walked us through our options, and while we were not able to buy this time due to other circumstances, when we are able to buy something, we're coming back to see Michael!! More
I had a great visit and business experience at suburban Nissan. I knew what I was looking for in a vehicle but didnt know exactly what vehicle I wanted. I told Mr. Demas exactly what my car would need and he showed me a few different cars and I chose a Nissan Altima. It had everything I was looking for in a car and I also was told by him that Nissan was offering a 0% interest rate on the Altima and I was excepted for that offer which I loved! I am happy with my new car and I have dealt with alot of different car salesman before but Mr.Demas was a great person to deal with and he was very friendly, made me feel relaxed, played with my son, explained the car details to me very well. I will definitely go back to him in the future to buy more vehicles. More

I left the situation feeling lied to and strung along for a ride that I was not willing to go on. I had (and still have)questions that no one at the dealership was willing to give me answers to like "Who did a ride that I was not willing to go on.
