Hello Volodymyr, we understand your concerns about the tire wear on your vehicle. The vehicle alignment is a critical maintenance procedure to enhance the life of your tires, enhance vehicle handling etc. However, several factors can influence tire wear beyond just alignment. As explained to you previously, driving habits is one of the primary contributors to tire wear, such as road conditions, rapid acceleration, hard braking; those are all examples of what can lead to uneven tire wear. You stated that this is a new car, yet it has close to 30K miles, high mileage over a short period can naturally lead to increased wear. We value your feedback and hope this explanation clarifies our position regarding your concern about tire wear after the alignment service. Unfortunately, you are not an average driver, as you put excessive miles such as more than 7K miles in a 2-month period and driving mainly city. We truly hope we can earn a positive rating as we are not at fault for the wear on your tires. Thank you once again for taking your time to address your concerns.
