Hello Tsuguo, we apologize for the issue with the rotation not being completed. I did try calling and emailing you after this incident; however, did not hear back from you. Your Advisor Chris did address this to us immediately as he was not aware that the rotation wasn't completed as noted on the RO. This issue has been a topic of discussion with our technicians as an oversight such as this one is preventable and should have been clearly noted on the Repair Order for your Advisor to see. We are glad that your advisor was able to assist you as soon as you did bring this to his attention. We would be happy to complete the rotation free of charge to you.
