The only reason I go here instead of Gardena is because of their Uber/Lyft program. However, the service advisor told me they don’t do it for oil change only-this is after I declined all the services he re of their Uber/Lyft program. However, the service advisor told me they don’t do it for oil change only-this is after I declined all the services he recommended. Not only that, he opened my car’s hood and removed some tube to show me my engine air filter. I told him I won’t do the air filter change. When I got home I saw the plastic tube somewhere else. He didn’t even put it back. Very rude guy. Unfortunately, this is the same guy who kicked me out of the dealership few years back for not having an appt. This dealership needs better seevice advisors. More

It just seems to take a long time for the car to be serviced. An oil change (which was not the purpose of the last visit) should not take over 2 hours.
