We understand that transportation can be a challenge for some customers, and we do our best to accommodate them; however, our policy regarding ride services is based on the type of service being performed. For routine maintenance such as an oil change it is not feasible for us to cover the cost of Uber/Lyft rides. This policy allows us to maintain competitive pricing and ensures that we can continue providing quality service to all our customers. I want to clarify that our Advisors are trained to make recommendations based on best practices for vehicle maintenance and safety. Our goal is always to treat every customer with respect and professionalism, we sincerely apologize if you perceived rudeness from your Advisor. You also mentioned you were kicked out of our dealership by the same Advisor, but just want to clarify that we welcome walk-ins and never turn them away.
