I bought a pre-owned vehicle. Upon doing a full and deep inspection on the vehicle, I came across a disturbing find inside my trunk. There was food debris, all over the spare tire are( mind you, this is a hybrid so it’s the area for the batteries). Not only was there food but there was a thick layer of what seemed to be food curry all over the trunk area. None of this is visible to the eye, unless you remove plastics and the tire pressure machine. I reached out to Nissan of Torrance within less than 12 hours of purchase. I asked to speak to the supervisor and I got to speak to a Jose/Juan (fake person). They were unprofessional and mentioned that since the car was bought, there was nothing the could do to help me. If I wanted to request a wash or detail I had to wait two weeks and pay out of pocket. Unfortunately, I can’t post the pictures or videos but they are in my possession. This show’s you, how they treat their customers after a purchase, did I mention that the car I bought was the only car sold that day by this dealer. SMH Come one Nissan of Torrance do better with how you treat your customers after they purchase a vehicle of your lot. Out of 3 vehicles that I have purchased, this has been the worst experience.
