Took 3 hours for an oil change. When I asked about it saying it had been 2.5 hrs the salesman told me that he could tell time. Not the annwer I expected. My process was a little to long, close to 7 hrs? I wasnt offered any lunch? Only that they have a venting machine? Also I wasnt told about any dents, scratches on the car? I did find a few?? I Dont want any MAIL SENT TO THE PHYSICAL ADDRESS I HAVE ON FILE, I had to CALL THE LENDER that accepted my LOAN, TO GIVE MY PO BOX ADDRESS, And that the MAIL I RECEIVED WAS NOT SEALED?? VERY CONCERNING?? I EMAILED MR. DUARTE AND I haven't received any ANSWERS??I dont know why they couldnt WORK HARDER to FIND A CLOSER LENDER??
