This is my second vehicle being purchased from Nissan of Rocky Mount. Salesman,Douglas Bell was very nice, answered questions and didn’t try to pressure me into getting something that I didn’t want. My tire light was left on and no one said anything about it. I have to take it back to the dealership. I did have this problem before; I took it to the dealership to get it fixed. Came in for an oil change. When I came out to get in my vehicle there was oil on the inside of my door where you lay your arm . Back in I went counter guy cleaned it off. This is the bad part this is the second time this has happened when getting an oil change there . I have bought 2 new vehicles there . Needless to say I’m done I will not be back . How many other people has this happened to???? , but again this is Rocky Mount . The service has greatly declined since the new owners took over!!! More
