I was directed to this location by kelly blue book to sell my car. I contacted them and waited for a call, email, smoke signal, morse code, anything to no avail. When I reached and called, I was sent to sell my car. I contacted them and waited for a call, email, smoke signal, morse code, anything to no avail. When I reached and called, I was sent to a v/mail where I left my information. I then received a response days later letting me know that they would inform their manger about my experience. That was a joke, I’m still waiting for someone to get back to me. My experience with potential customer care was xxxx poor. If I could give them a negative star I would. More
Easiest and quickest car purchase of my life. We were treated very well by every employee we spoke to. They made us feel like the most important customer of the day. Donell is amazing and I highly recommend him as a salesman. He really isn't a salesman, he was our liaison between us and the car that we ended up buying. No pushy gimmicks, no double talk. Funny guy and he got me a great deal. I feel like the entire team, including service, the guys who prepped the car, finance and Donell bent over backwards for us. It was a tremendously stressless purchase. More

This is literally one of the worst places I have ever been to in an attempt to conduct actual business. These people are liars and thieves. You know the old stereotype of slimy car salesmen? Bingo. If you must shop here (and why would you? There's a million better places to go) please hide your wallet! These guys handed me a stack of papers to sign before I ever even discussed any numbers with them. I just laughed and pushed them aside. I went in for a lease, they immediately made it seem like I would never be able to get a decent car for that amount (I leased a similar model-fully loaded-the next day for less than I was asking, by the way, and with no money down) and tried to get me to finance a lemon with 40K miles! I politely told them I "needed to think about it" (a "friend" recommended the place, so I didn't want to be rude) and this loser manager started giving me an attitude like he was doing me a favor or something, and he was annoyed that I would have the audacity to think about a financial decision. (Here's a tip kids-when a salesman is that pushy, it is because his product is TRASH and he's doing his best to get you to buy it before you smarten up). They then proceeded to add this car THAT I NEVER PURCHASED onto my insurance, and I now have to go through the hassle of having a car removed from my policy that I NEVER OWNED! Oh, they also took a $500 "deposit" off me in order to hold my amazing deal (I'm an idiot for giving my info, this one is on me-again, I was trying not to offend my "friend" who brought me to this snake pit to begin with). Anyway, to make a long story short, you know how this ends: Even though this clown swore up and down there would be no issue the next day when I asked for my money back, of course they gave me the run around for a solid week, telling me "the salesman isn't available" or "you need to speak to our accountant" which is all garbage. And the loser manager who gave me his personal phone number (you know, to demonstrate what a stand-up guy he is) never returned my calls or messages. Bottom line: if you decide to give your hard earned money to these people after reading this, you get what you deserve. See you on the side of the highway! More

My wife and I leased a 2021 Rogue today and we were thrilled with our salesman Errol Reid. We were able to negotiate a deal that made all parties happy. Especially my wife Wanda Torres!!! The absolute worst. Duped my 89-year old widowed mother-in-law into paying $499/month plus $2130.15 cash for a 2020 Nissan Sentra S (base model with no additional options). The sticker price was $20 mother-in-law into paying $499/month plus $2130.15 cash for a 2020 Nissan Sentra S (base model with no additional options). The sticker price was $20240. The capitalized cost on the lease was $27307.39. They did this to an 89-year old great grandmother who was leasing her first car by herself since becoming a widow. At the end of her 3-year lease she will have paid $21,015.15 which is $2663.15 more than Nissan of New Rochelle's estimated dealer cost of this car ($18,352). Her daughter reached out to Nissan of New Rochelle multiple times to try and recontract the car at a more reasonable amount and were simply turned away with "she signed the contract there is nothing we can do. It is disgraceful to take advantage of the elderly in this fashion. She is on a fixed income and is struggling to make the payments. I don't know what else to do. More

Took my car for service because my car was shaking. Well to stop this shaking they charge me 1700 adding a whole bunch of expensive stuff i didnt need that i could of done cheaper elsewhere my receipt says to stop this shaking they charge me 1700 adding a whole bunch of expensive stuff i didnt need that i could of done cheaper elsewhere my receipt says 299 for checking front brakes JUST CHECKING AND THEN ANOTHER CHARGE TO CHANGE THEM told em i dont have that much so he told me ok $876 but my control arm on the rigth wont be fixed and i said ok.i asked ho does that give a engine light he said no.....Pick up my car the next day and as i start leaving the lot the car gives me a shake i ignore it and keep driving once I accelerate my to 49 mph Check engine light back on i called wayne at nissan right away he tells me to bring it back the next day. so luckily i had a car diagnostic to tell me whats wrong and guess what!!! the same carcodes problem they said they had fixed...so fine they lied on stuff that was suppose to be fixed i was not mad you know we are humans we make mistakes but then i go i. So i go in and the guys make it seem like its my problem or my fault telling me it can be this or that. I told them its ok ill leave my car and speak to wayne since i felt like wayne was cool and there for a brother even tipped him 50$ when i picked up my car the first time...wayne tells me my car has something broken now that filters air and he going to give me a discount i was already asking what type of business they are running here. I took my car they tell me its fine i go back i have more lights on and check engine lights right after you leave the service center be aware that there is a car computer that can delete the check engine lights and in its sad to say this was done....i still have not picked up my car still to see the outcome....i called wayne again to speak to a supervisor or someone higher and wayne hanged the phone up mad...i called back asked to speak to a manager and i was transferred...He already had the whole idea of what he was going to say to charge me more... Short story of ripoff alert My car 2016 Nissan rogue with 50300k miles never had problems or any engine light problems until the car started shaking my thing took my car to the dealer left to get service and when i picked up my car the check engine light came on 20 minutes after leaving called back not the car has new problems im being charged for.
