Very disappointed with this dealership. After a 12 year relationship (4 leased cars and business forwarded to them) I was forced to lease a vehicle from a totally different manufacturer whe After a 12 year relationship (4 leased cars and business forwarded to them) I was forced to lease a vehicle from a totally different manufacturer where I got a GREAT deal. I went to Nissan of New Rochelle in early February see what my options were as I was coming out of a lease in March. Unfortunately the lease programs they are working off of were not very competitive/aggressive at all. Management also showed no type of customer loyalty. They wanted to put me in a 2023 Sentra that had a sticker price of $21,000 on a lease at 18 months. The numbers they gave me were not competitive at all and they all worked in their favor. I also would have and to come up with the same type of down payment and monthly payment on another car in another 18 months from then. Totally insane. The only thing they had going for them was their sales person Donell. He was pleasant, courteous and tried everything he could to come up with a deal based on the limited lease programs. This was up until his hands became tied and he had to call in management to try to work a deal. Joe the manager on site continuously kept telling me they could only offer me an 18 month lease instead of a 36 month lease because of the interest rates and nothing else would work. I was surprised at this especially since I have excellent credit and I am sure there was a bank they work with for their better customers where they could have gotten me a low rate. I was hesitant to take the deal so I left the dealership. I was texted 4-5 day later by Donell and was told that Joe was willing to do the deal with the same numbers on a 36 month lease. I was very confused as to why Joe couldn’t do that deal when I was at the dealership days earlier. It made absolutely no sense and made me lose all trust in Nissan of New Rochelle. The only thing they had going for them was Donell who in my opinion should be a manager. He really knows how to treat a customer. Whatever you do, do not make Nissan of New Rochelle your one and only stop. I’m more than sure you will be treated better elsewhere and will able to get a much better deal. More
My sales person Cienna Moore for my third car purchase with them. She was so so patient with me being that she understood to meet all my needs as best as she could. The finance department sold me a 2 year extended warranty 12/21 that the service department in the 3 time I took it in for servicing that they had trouble locating after the second time I tried to go to cros 12/21 that the service department in the 3 time I took it in for servicing that they had trouble locating after the second time I tried to go to cross county nissan and they couldn’t locate the warranty so I was forced to bring it back to new Rochelle. I brought the car in on a Tuesday afternoon 11/1/2022 they looked at the car Friday morn I received an estimate for over 5000$ threw text msg I called the dealership and ask if any of this was covered by the extended warranty any the advisor was not aware that I had one she hung up called me back an hour later said she located the warranty but due to the amount the warranty company needed to send an adjuster out to see it and the adjuster would come within 24/48 hr since it was Friday the adjuster didn’t come to late Monday evening.Tuesday I called to see the status and the warranty company took its time to release there approval I had to call them all Tuesday for them to get there approval finally at 5:50pm the adjuster released the report I called the dealership to let them know that the warranty company was ready to talk about what was covered but the advisor had already left for the day smh so the next day I received a text from dealership the work had been approved but I did notice the price had changed it was no longer 5000$ work of work it was now 4000$ the insurance company got a different price then the regular everyday customer - I spoke with the advisor an I explained because the dealership sold me a warranty they couldn’t find that caused the delay in which made the process slow down it cost me money. Took Ubers back and forth from work for almost two weeks which can not be reimbursed I never was told about the car rental option until 11/9 and by that time it didn’t make sense to get a rental the work had been approved and I was assured I’ll get the car back in about 2 days after approval which I did 11/11/22. This was my second bad experience with this dealership this year I bought this car from this dealership in 2011 this is my third extended warranty from this dealership and I never had an issue before until this year and this warranty , More
Donell was absolutely amazing during the easiest process ever for my purchase of my first new car. Donell is so easy going, honest and an awesome problem solver. Deceptive pricing practices. Avoiding to mention $1500 in reconditioning fees, $500 in sales commission fees & $1000 of other ridiculous fees online or over the phone. All in order to appear aggressively priced on online searches, when really they have the worst prices. Also offering 4k under kbb value on trade ins. These folks have no interest in earning your business, only making a quick buck during these difficult times. A true disgrace. More

The service department is a joke Lamar and mike lack any real knowledge about nissan warranties they was attempting to charge me for something covered under warranty. I personally wouldn’t go back to this dealership and I wouldn’t recommend it either it use to be a great dealership but now it feels very shady More
