He allowed us to look around to checkout their display. He was not pushy at all and he made us feel that he's there to help us bring home the car that we like and at the right price. That is a good feeling when you are not being pressured by a salesman. What I like with German is that he is knowledgeable, sincere and honest. There was no sales speech at all which we appreciate. He respected our points-of-view and he offered professional suggestions which were very helpful. We were able to agree and close the deal right away. While we were waiting for the papers to be processed, we noticed that the members of this dealership are very cordial and friendly. They treat you like you are part of their family. More

The only thing I wish he knew is that when he mentioned that we could get 1.9% if we have good credit is that it applies to the deal with the rebates. This was not the case when we spoke to Jay from finance. Jay from finance is about the only negative experience we had with this dealership. He came across as disinterested and looks like he was not prepared to see us. He was still trying to sort the numbers by the time we sat in his office. He kept giving us the wrong numbers which just led to more confusion. He also assumed that I am fine with a 75 month loan and ended up causing FIVE inquiries in my credit. A rating of 3 for Jay is honestly being generous. Because of our experience with Jay, we are giving Nissan of New Rochelle a 4. More
