Great Experience, Fast and Easy My wife and I came in to see a used vehicle. Prior to coming in we spoke on the phone with Esmy. She was very helpful with the initial call. She then handed us off to our salesman we spoke on the phone and decided to come in that evening. Our visit: We were kindly welcomed by Esmy. She brought us over to see German. We were provided water, coffee, and some really good popcorn. Our salesman was German Flores. German's professionalism, attention-to-detail, and just the overall attitude/work ethic was one of the greatest to date. This was our 7th vehicle in 5 years overall, and a first with this dealership. If the scale to rate German was 1-10, he would receive off the chart. We weren't looking for a Nissan, but they had a used vehicle which brought us to the dealership Nissan of New Rochelle. If I were regularly looking for a Nissan this is where I would go, and German Flores is the salesman I would work with. In my opinion he is a great asset to the dealership and a reason to go back. The sales manager Joe was also very helpful. He helped streamline the process and got us into finance quickly. Great job. Lastly, the finance office. We met with Ray, everything on the contract was as discussed. It was explained clearly and very easy to understand. We wrapped up the whole visit in approximately 2HR and 30MIN.
