An Experienced Dealership Our salesman, Zach, was amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. We are a 4 Nissan family with 2 Rogues, 1 Murano, and one Pathfinder. Friendly We took our Rogue in for an oil change. The service tech was very friendly explaining what they would be doing and even calling us at a local restaur We took our Rogue in for an oil change. Inspection I brought my Nissan to what I knew as ‘Nissan North’. I was informed they are now ‘Key Nissan’. I was also told, because of the change in ownership, I brought my Nissan to what I knew as ‘Nissan North’. I was informed they are now ‘Key Nissan’. I was also told, because of the change in ownership, my state inspection would no longer be free even though that was a benefit from buying my car from the former dealership. (First negative feeling towards Key). I had my oil changed and attempted to get my car inspected. Full disclosure, my car was due to be inspected in July! So it goes without saying, I REALLY needed to get this done! I was told my car would not pass state inspection due to a “failing windshield wiper blade”. Thursday morning it was raining. I had no issues with visibility on my 50 minute drive to the dealership nor was there any torn rubber on the blade. The not so helpful man explained for $35 the problem would be solved and he would inspect my car. I said, “I don’t need new wiper blades. And you are telling me you will not inspect my car if I don’t put them on”. He said he would not pass my car if I didn’t. (Second negative feeling of Key). I left, without being inspected. The following day, I brought my car to another state inspection garage. I explained what had happened. Two of the people at the garage inspected my wipers and could not believe what had happened. I paid (again) for a complete inspection of my car. It passed, no new blades needed. (Third negative feeling towards Key). I have purchased three Nissans. Guess where I will NOT be purchasing my fourth! I will never go there again. More
Car smelled like an ash tray when I got in it Company is always trying to scam products and purchases out of you. My car just passed inspection, there was no reason I got a 3 page quotation of vehicle needs. Most importantly I DO NOT smoke and got in the car I almost vomited. My daughter and I quote " the cigarette smell burned my throat." When I spoke with someone behind the counter they "couldn't smell it". It was a cold rainy day and I had to drive 4 miles home with my windows down. Had to leave the windows down over night and wash all of my seat covers to get rid of the nasty smell left in my car. More
