What Others Say

Working with the crew at Nissan of Lebanon was awesome. Especially the Salesman Trent. Highly recommend

Predatory crooks. These people should be ashamed of themselves. My father went in for an oil change, he came out with a 6,000 bill for rack and pinion, tie rods, computer module ect. They charge for parts upfront, I've never seen this practice in my many years , then while they are telling him all the bad news about his car they are trying to sell him and extended warranty. The car drives fine it has had no symptoms at all to warrant any of this work being done , and it only has 50,000 miles on it. When I called to cancel the work for him I was told there would be a %20 restocking fee. The parts dept tried to tell me they couldn't return the 1600 module because it was electronic. These people are dishonest and I'm not sure how they sleep at night. He will be taking his car elsewhere from now where he's not at risk of being robbed. Taking advantage of the elderly is criminal and if you care for your family keep them far away from Nissan in Lebanon.

I booked an appointment for service through their program and they said they would contact me. I never received an email confirming my appointment, even though I purchased the Oil Change free for the vehicle when I bought the vehicle I went to pronto oil change and was told the could not do my oil change because of some plastic valve that they could not be responsible for. I have scheduled for VIP but not sure if they will be able to do my oil change either. Really disappointed I was not contacted back about my initial appointment at this establishment. Very disappointed of their care for their customers vehicles they sold.

Lukas Ireland was excellent to work with. In finding I had a flat tire while at work, he was able to get me right in and take care of this immediately. Great timing as we really needed the truck for the wknd. Thank you again!

Went to dealership for oil and filter change and approximately 2 hours and almost 45 minutes later my truck was done . I had to go out to the service desk and inquire about my truck. In the past anytime there was a delay I would be informed. Most of the time my oil or filter changes in the past took approximately 45 minutes or so. When I got my truck back there was no review of any work that might be needed on my truck , only comment was that my receipt stated truck needs service. To top it off because I used debit card they stated they had to charge me extra above the quoted price. What they should do is have the price already factored into the set price and not nickel and dime a set price. This is the first time this has ever happened to me at this dealership. No explanation or apology for the length of time it took. I think they should have comped all or half the bill. I also found out the dealership has once again changed hands, and based on this latest experience I feel not for the better. Will not be returning to this dealership, but then again I don’t think they care in general

Had service done on my Rogue. Dave was profession, giving excellent customer service explain the work need. Thank you Christine Coffey
