I booked an appointment for service through their program and they said they would contact me. I never received an email confirming my appointment, even though I purchased the Oil Change free for the vehicl and they said they would contact me. I never received an email confirming my appointment, even though I purchased the Oil Change free for the vehicle when I bought the vehicle I went to pronto oil change and was told the could not do my oil change because of some plastic valve that they could not be responsible for. I have scheduled for VIP but not sure if they will be able to do my oil change either. Really disappointed I was not contacted back about my initial appointment at this establishment. Very disappointed of their care for their customers vehicles they sold. More

Went to dealership for oil and filter change and approximately 2 hours and almost 45 minutes later my truck was done . I had to go out to the service desk and inquire about my truck. In the past anytime there was a delay I would be informed. Most of the time my oil or filter changes in the past took approximately 45 minutes or so. When I got my truck back there was no review of any work that might be needed on my truck , only comment was that my receipt stated truck needs service. To top it off because I used debit card they stated they had to charge me extra above the quoted price. What they should do is have the price already factored into the set price and not nickel and dime a set price. This is the first time this has ever happened to me at this dealership. No explanation or apology for the length of time it took. I think they should have comped all or half the bill. I also found out the dealership has once again changed hands,and based on this latest experience I feel not for the better. Will not be returning to this dealership, but then again I don’t think they care in general More

I went in today to have my car looked at the everything was good in it had my recall looked at as well that's still good. I was have issues with my card and the wonderful guys in the service department we was good in it had my recall looked at as well that's still good. Took 2015 Sentra in for repair. Told it would cost $4,250 to repair CVT transmission. Salesperson said they would give us $1,500 for vehicle. When we went there we were told that they would give us $4,250 to repair CVT transmission. Salesperson said they would give us $1,500 for vehicle. When we went there we were told that they would give us $500 for vehicle (which we brought brand new in 2016) but that they had started to work on vehicle per discussion with sales manager Matt who said they would have to change the transmission to sell vehicle. I told them I never authorized work. They now want $750 for 4 hours of work to release vehicle but when I asked what they had done for 4 hours they said "start prep". I asked if they had even turned one bolt. No and vehicle has not moved from spot we had it towed to. Extortion. We were very loyal Nissan customers. Never again. More
