Broken seat & RPM issue Felt belittled by the service rep when I called twice to schedule service as if I didn’t know what I was talking about with my own vehicle. Waited 45 minutes for the shuttle driver & was blown off when I called to inquire about the pick up. The biggest rub is that the issue is still not fixed and I have been putting off calling to try to get it fixed because I have had such a negative experience with the reps. More

Then we started to drive around dealerships we met with erika and visited they didnt really have anything on the lot that interested me. She took my information and some ideas of what I was looking for.fast forward a few days later she let me know she had a few card come in on trade. My daughter and I stopped by erika showed us two cars my daughter loved the red subaru. We checked it out and loved it. I feel like we got a fair price and it was low pressure salesmanship. When I was signing all the paperwork erika entertained my 6 year old. Would definitely buy from her again. More

They are not interested in answering any questions you have. Asked for a quote for service on another Nissan vehicle twice when I was there and never received it. They told me they would call me the next day with a quote and never called me. Recently got my truck oil undercoated. Looked at it when it was finished and they used the black color. Did not want black I wanted clear but they never asked me. When I questioned why they used black the customer service guy told me "oh, that's what people usually want" (I had previously had two other vehicles undercoated there and they asked both times and I told them clear). I asked if they oiled the rocker panels. They service guy told me "I don't know. He left for the day". He said he would call me back the next day to answer that question....never called. Extremely poor customer service. They just want you out of there and are not interested in any questions. More
