I purchased my vehicle in December. Still waiting on the free inside and outside wash. Service dept forgot to reset my fuel light when I had an oil change done 2 weeks ago. I actually got it serviced befo free inside and outside wash. Service dept forgot to reset my fuel light when I had an oil change done 2 weeks ago. I actually got it serviced before it was due so I wouldn’t go over. Which is probably why it got missed. I brought it back last Friday to get the light reset and asked if they could check to see is the tire pressure light needed reset because they rotated tires possibly. The next thing I know is an hour later I am being told I have a screw in the sidewall and needed a new tire. I was told it would be close to / comparable to what I have. But he couldn’t get that same tire. When I saw what he put on it I was very upset and asked to see my old tire. He couldn’t fine it and said they had already taken to the back and we would need golf cart. Keep in mind I had been here two hours already and I was being treated like I was being a pain. He said that’s the best he could do. He couldn’t find golf cart and said we would have to wait... I decided it was time for me to pay the bill and leave before I threw a fit! Went home and called and spoke to Cameron when I was looking at my tire it was scratched! I was very upset! Poor workmanship! I understand accidents happen; but honestly is always the best policy. At least he could have told me. My car was in better condition before I took it in to reset maint light than when I left. More

The service was efficient and while waiting the atmosphere was inviting. I prefer not to wait while my car is been serviced but it was worth the wait.
