Everyone at the dealership was friendly. Tom, my sales associate, was great. He was honest, courteous and professional and didn't try to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need or want. The car I test drove was the first of several that I'd wanted to try out from different dealerships and after visiting them all (5 dealerships and 6 test drives later) I solidly decided on this one. Not only was it the best price/value and my favorite one of the bunch but the atmosphere within the dealership was more inviting as well. Everyone was friendly and you could just tell that they got along and had a good working relationship. The process was incredibly easy and I didn't feel like I was being pressured to purchase more add-ons.
