Russell Brandt was our sales person for a new Nissan Murano. I would evaluate him 5* for his high professionalism and friendly response to our many questions. I would recommend him and the whole dealership to my friends Jan TRNOVSKY of Fort Myers Fl.
Jim Hays in the service department was more than helpful! Got us in super quick, had the service technician fix a sensor light on our 2021 Nissan Armada. Thank you, Jim!!! Highly recommend!
Russell Brandt sold me a 2024 Nissan Pathfinder. Russell was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and continues to communicate with me regarding the Pathfinder to ensure that all is well. I would rate his service as exceptional and would recommend the dealership and Russell to any prospective customer. David Trick
A very friendly and knowledgeable salesman. Pleasant personality and an excellent communicator who effectively simplifies technical/difficult issues. He is a person you can easily relate to and someone you can have confidence in on his recommendations.
Our experience with your service manager Chris was terrible. We brought our car there to be repaired. The issue with our car required that it go directly to Nissan. Indeed, when the service clerk Allison received our vehicle , she was adamant that we had to have it there, and that if we took it anywhere else the warranty of our vehicle would be rendered invalid. She and Chris strung us along for over two weeks telling us that they were unable to get the part that was needed for our car. They told us that it was no longer in production (our car is a 2020 model) and had no ETA as to when they would get it. They told us that it could be two or three months. They sent us over to the sales department to see if we'd like to try to roll our car into a new one. Chris service manager insisted that his hands are tied and there's nothing that can be done. I asked for the specific part number to see if there's anything I might be able to find. My first Google search, I was able to find parts made by Nissan located at dealerships all throughout the United States, including three of the part at a Nissan dealer 3 hours away from where we are. Initially, he had his service clerk tell us that the parts we found online were actually not available. Given the 17 day track record set by Mr. Chris and his staff having that is a record no progress, I decided I would look again. And I made some calls myself. Again… there were several places that did have it....one place in particular had 3 of them!! Indeed the person I spoke to at the Nissan in delray beach was very baffled as to why the service manager here would not reach out to other dealers for parts on back order. Now you would think, this service manager who was working so "diligently" would've been ecstatic that we were able and secure the Nissan manufactured part from a Nissan dealership. But that was not the case. Instead, he was more disrespectful and increasingly rude. I find it, at the least, to be incompetent that a service manager would not think to search for the part in other locations. It is safe to say I am not the most competent when it comes to auto dealer service department management. But yet I thought of it. Given his increased cynicism and his unwillingness to be friendly it really communicated that he did not want to help us. Perhaps he was wounded by the exposure of his incompetence. He began turn blame on me by calling my persistence " harassment". We gave them 16+ days to find something meaningful and we never once were unkind. We took him and the service clerk at their word that the issue was un-resovlable and that we just needed to wait. But it was after we were able to locate the part that we became persistent. And the service manger and his staff became increasingly hostile and rude. When our vehicle was finally finished, there was no apology. Apparently it is no big deal to keep a working family out of their family vehicle for nearly 3 weeks. The service clerk treated me like they did me a favor by getting the part from another Nissan. They treated every one I saw there over the course of 3 weeks with the same contempt and entitled attitude.
