Thanks for the opportunity to praise Sean. I was in a pickle. I had helped friends in Bradenton for a week and was headed to Lexington, SC when my car had a problem cranking and the service engine ligh pickle. I had helped friends in Bradenton for a week and was headed to Lexington, SC when my car had a problem cranking and the service engine light would not go off. I needed to get back on the road since I had an appointment to go to our local hospital for tests Monday.It was Saturday at 1:30 when I arrived at Nissan...I could not wait until Tuesday for Nissan parts to arrive. Sean patiently talked to my son and husband in Lexington and they agreed to get aftermarket parts locally and get me back on the road. I left at 3:20 headed home. My Murano is a 2004 and it has never put me in a situation like this. I very much appreciate Sean working patiently with everyone and really helping me out. He has a great personality and works well with people...that is something you cannot teach in management training! Thanks again Sean for your assistance in helping me get home safely. Ruby Rawl More
The service representatives are always pleasant and efficient. But the mechanical side could use some customer awareness training. While I do sincerely appreciate the use of steering wheel and seat protection, there were greasy fingerprints left behind on the tops of the fenders and on the front wheels. How much effort and time would it have taken to wipe these areas clean? Also this was a $2700 repair over several days. When I asked for a loaner car I was offered a rental for $34 per day. With a previous repair of $1300 for front struts I was offered a free loaner car from this same dealership. Has the policy changed? More

Mixed review. Had to find a salesman to help us. No one on the lot working, however once we got a salesman, Ray, things were exceptional.
