I enjoy my service appointments but the only thing I would honestly say needs to improve is the efficacy of actual testing being done on a vehicle. BEWARE!!! READ THIS BEFORE YOU GET SCAMMED BY THIS DEALERSHIP this dealership used a glue to stick the bumper of the preowned car I bought, which got detached nearly after a week and a half of drivin DEALERSHIP this dealership used a glue to stick the bumper of the preowned car I bought, which got detached nearly after a week and a half of driving it. as soon as I noticed it I contacted the manager who told me they will take care of it(David Brown). then I had to drive 2 hours(86 miles) from my home (4 hrs or 172miles total) just to reach to the dealership. by the time I got there I was told that the dealership that I've been told to go(same place I bought the car) is only a mechanical service center and I should take it to body shop and gave me a transfer paper to go to the managers and get it approved. then I went to the office and the manager who I had appointment with was not there. instead a DISRESPECTFUL and ILLOGICAL manager named JIM CAROLL who did nothing but disappoint me and told me "you should've checked the car before buying it". I don't know how logic works with him!! but how would a person can check if a car that looks perfect from outside would only be sticked with glue!! I replied, "I don't have an x-ray eye to scan the inside to see if y'all used the correct bolts or glue!" he then told me he have a BUDDY that comes once a week to fix bumpers ( which I think he meant glue bumpers ) and said he will fix it for you. I don't know how unprofessional it sound for y'all readers, but this is the exact words of a NISSAN MANAGER. ""I have to make it clear the other manager named DAVID BROWN who I appreciate the most, was genuinely nice person ever since I started negotiation about the car. """ finally status update:-at this point I already started a case with the Nissan corporate and waiting to get the process finished up. if I get nothing I will also go-ahead and start a claim with Florida department of highway safety and motor vehicles since the car is dangerous and faulty if the glued bumper decided to come off while on highway! More
