A couple of weeks later, we callesd him, whic played a large part in our purchasing a 2011 Rav-4 AND a 2011 Tacoma at Newbugh Toyota. Price is important, but being made to feel important and appreciated is the clincher. Even after the sales were made, we recieved a call from Lynn Desmond, who arranged our financing. He related that he had been working on some figures and was able to offer us a great deal on an extended warranty for the Tacoma.
