MISTAKE. The next day i went to meet with the financial guy and found i didnt qualify for the car i wanted but they would keep there eyes open and do some research and contact me. they asked me to be patient, I asked about my deposit and was told not to worry it would be held until they found my car. they cashed my check that very day. now im in the fight of my life to get my deposit. I was on the market for a commuter car. I wasn't sure if I wanted new or used but was leaning towards a small inexpensive new car. When I got on the lot, I was pleased to see I could look around without I wanted new or used but was leaning towards a small inexpensive new car. When I got on the lot, I was pleased to see I could look around without anyone approaching me. I didn't want any one following me and "waiting" to sell me a car. When my son and I went inside, I was also given the opportunity to look at the cars on the floor before Tom Relyea came up to me and asked me if I had any questions. I took a test drive of one of the 2010 Yaris Sedans I was interested in. After the test drive, we came back inside and discussed the price. I was very happy that Tom gave me a rundown of what it would cost with tax and tags. He told me the license plate would be additional and a range of how much that was going to run. My husband was unable to look at the car that night so Tom and I arranged a meeting for two days later (he was off the day in between and my husband preferred that I think things over before buying). The afternoon before I came back to the dealership, I went online and looked at all the available Yaris Sedans and the colors still available. I asked Tom to have a few of those models for me to look at when we got there later on. He had 5 cars ready for us to look at. My husband took a test drive with him and once we picked out what color we wanted we went inside to handle the paperwork. Tom said the sale on the Yaris was over- but that he had made sure I was still going to get it at sale price since he knew I wanted to buy a car and that I wanted my husband to see it first. The paperwork was just like how we had discussed it the first visit. The price was slightly higher because the car I chose had floor mats for an additional fee. Everything else was just as Tom said it would be. I added the Etching to the car after Tom explained it to us and how it could help us. Then Tom introduced us to the Business Manager Lynn (forgive me for not remembering his last name. I don't have his card on me right now). Lynn was very nice, explained everything to us. Talked about the Warranty options and offered us some of the other options the dealer can provide. He spent time explaining the benefits and price difference between the different plans and even told me how it would affect the payments on private loan I was taking out with my credit union. I left there feeling happy about my purchase. I didn't feel pressured or conned like I have in past car buying experiences. I would definitely buy there again. I feel the price I paid for the car is unbeatable. It fit my budget and the warranty on it is great. The Toyota Cares program is an added bonus. The extended warranty we bought on it gives my husband piece of mind knowing that if something should happen it would be covered. I am glad I got this little 2010 Yaris Sedan and don’t mind that it is not the newest model out there. The price was perfect as I feel I could get a used car for the same price! Which would be ridiculous. It was a pleasent car buying experience and I am very glad that it went so well. Thank you Tom, Lynn and Newburgh Toyota! More
Marc Horne was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was able to answer all my questions, wasn't in the least bit "pushy" and knew what he was talking about. I wouldn't hesitate a second to deal with him able to answer all my questions, wasn't in the least bit "pushy" and knew what he was talking about. I found that the salesman knew the product, offered different options, and was there to provide what I wanted. I never felt pushed to select anything. The pricing was fair, and the car was exactly as w different options, and was there to provide what I wanted. I never felt pushed to select anything. The pricing was fair, and the car was exactly as we agreed when I picked it up. The finance manager explained the process and provided answers to all questions that I had. In my view it starts with the salesman, because no matter how great the product, if you don't get a warm feeling from the guy that's pitching it to you then you're going to be less than satisfied. I've been how great the product, if you don't get a warm feeling from the guy that's pitching it to you then you're going to be less than satisfied. I've been driving Toyotas for 34 years, from my first Celica in 1977 through three 80s and 90s Cressida's, a 4Runner and most recently a Lexus 250, and the reason for that is because I value Toyota's quality and reliability. Quality & reliability have been extremely important to me. So I don't need a high pressure salesman to sell me on a Toyota. All I need is a guy to help me sort through the models and features and help me decide which one I want. Roger Pauletta more than filled those shoes for me. I was familiar with him from three months earlier when he had helped my wife select a great used vehicle. I knew then that once I was ready I would insist on working only with Roger. Roger just makes you feel comfortable. He's a mild-mannered, down-to-earth, low-key, respectable kind of guy that makes you forget he's a salesman and makes you happy he was there to help you. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all, respectful. Did I mention I don't like pushy salesmen? Roger Pauletta was the perfect guy for me. He got it done and helped me work out a great deal, and I'm very happy I had the opportunity to work with him. He's my kind of guy. Next I worked with Michael Smith who assisted me in getting a loan and financing. Again, great guy to work with. Personable, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for more. In summary, I'm happy with my vehicle and really pleased with my experience at Newburgh Toyota. I would not hesitate to return there for all my future vehicle needs as I feel like I have caring friends there. What could be better than that? More

We ordered a 2011 Sienna, which had to be ordered, and it arrived in three weeks. We were given a generous amount for our trade-in and a discount on the MSRP. The van was delivered perfectly cleaned and ready to go. Stephen went out of his way to set up the Bluetooth for our cell phones, gave us a complete run-through of the van, inside and out, and set us off feeling great about having purchased the van at Newburgh Toyota-Scion. The finance manager, Mike Smith was equally as friendly, personable and efficient guiding us through the money aspects of the sale. Frank Fabiano, the Sales Manager, thanked us for our purchase and remembered us three weeks later when we picked up the van. All in all, a great experience. More
