Back in 2008 I was planning to buy a new pick-up and there was a recall on my tacoma where the frame could be rusting out a defect that toyota was buying back these truck. I was offer a a resonable amount for my truck and in return I wanted to buy a new tacoma pick-up. Mr.Rivera help me and showing me what they had on the lot and at that time my thing was color black. I love what I drove and notice the great improvement were made in the tacoma. He did some research and found what I was looking for and I was so happy when the day came. Everything was ready clean and I left the dealership very happy. Two years has gone by and been thinking on moving up to a larger truck but still keeping a small 4 cly but a bigger cab and maybe a 4x4. Mr.Rivera always kept in touch in e-mails and when I requested a black access cab with a 4cly with a auto and 4x4 he e-mail me back and told me a truck that I been looking for. A week or so went by and I stop late on a Saturday evening he was able to show me the truck and everything I wanted to know. After working on the price, payments, I put down a down payment by Monday night the truck was ready. He went over everything in truck again and made sure that I had everything. When someone is ready to buy or lease a dealer should be nice and be straight forward and Mr.Rivera was all that and much more. Too many time I dealt with car salemen where I felt like I been puck like a chicken and let me sitting there forever not able to answer simple questions. Newburgh toyota was not the first dealership i had been to the week i purchased my car. But I knew what i was looking for. I called the dealership and spoke with Tom, I saw the car on there website, when i to the week i purchased my car. But I knew what i was looking for. After talking to Tom he asked me if I wanted to drive it. And although i had been other places, I still had not taken it for a test drive. We took care of the paperwork and the next thing i knew i was driving the car. Thats when I fell in love with my NEW 2010 TOYOTA COROLLA S, the exact car I wanted. Nelson, Lynn and Milton were very understanding when mmy fiance had a heart attack at the end of June and we just couldn't complete a deal. We promised we'd be back and were. Mom and I are very happy with her 2007 Camry Hybrid we brought home today. Nelson, Lynn and Milton were all part of the reason we returned to Newburgh Toyota-Scion. We had visited another dealership and were very unhappy with the pressure sales they were trying to offer. They wanted to sell us what they wanted us to drive. Nelson took his time, learned what we needed and what we could afford long before he recommended anything. Nelson listened to what we wanted, he didn't have a preconceived notion of what he needed to "move this month". They gave us a very fair trade-in amount for our 2002 Rav4, and Lynn was great to work with on the financing. So long as we are in the area, and probably if we move out of the area, we will return to Nelson and Newburgh Toyota-Scion for our car needs. There are not enough great things we can say about Nelson, Lynn and Milton, but they are a very rare group of individuals that are an extreme asset to Newburgh Toyota-Scion and the Toyota sales force.
