I went to Newbold to buy a used Scion. I booked an appointment with them and when I got there my car was pulled up front ready to go. I took it on a test drive and knew it was the one. We were looking for a Rav4 with specific options, and found one at Newbold. I have dealt with many used car salesmen/saleswomen over the years, and Dan does not fit the mold. He made us feel comfortable found one at Newbold. I have dealt with many used car salesmen/saleswomen over the years, and Dan does not fit the mold. He made us feel comfortable and welcome and seemed to genuinely care about making the sale. Unfortunately, we will not be buying another vehicle any time soon since we plan to keep this until the fenders fall off. But when someone asks me where to look for a pre-owned vehicle, I will steer them right to Newbold and Dan Molitor. More
Of all the dealership experiences I have had purchasing new cars, this by far was the best. Employees were courteous and professional. No one ever pressured me, and allowed me to make decisions based on new cars, this by far was the best. Employees were courteous and professional. I was not subject to another sale job when trying to close the deal, to buy upholstery protection, additional warranties, etc. I will certainly recommend Dan to anyone I know that is considering a new vehicle purchase. He was honest and above board about dealing with me about the nature of a Prius. Since the car I was buying was a Hybrid, it was different from any car I had ever owned. Went to trade a nearly new Honda Accord for a Camry. Was not even given blue book price in the offer. Very hard to deal with! I bought 2 Corollas from this dealer in 2006 and was given a good deal.
